Holiday home suitable for 10 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 105 m² and is build in 2005. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 50 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 900 m² garden site. Situated 900 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 300 m away. A 40 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 8 m² covered terrace. Swing. Sandbox. Situated 2000 m from a playground. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 4 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places on mattresses. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located on the bed-loft of the house. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 2 persons.

Worth knowing

Dit huis ligt op een fantastische locatie in Marielyst. Ook de ligging zelf is erg rustig, er komt amper verkeer langs en er is veel privacy. Het perceel is heel ruim. Het strand is op 5 minuten fietsafstand, Marielyst centrum is 10 minuten fietsen. Het huisje zelf is misschien niet het nieuwste van het nieuwste, maar voldoet prima.

Die Lage ist sehr angenehm, < br />da ruhig und trotzdem echt zentral gelegen. < br />Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. < br />Ausreichend für eine große Familie geschnitten. < br />Die Betten in den großen Räumen liegen sich wunderbar.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Man merkt, dass die Besitzer es auch privat nutzen und sich kümmern. Alles war in Ordnung. Top und reichlich ausgestattet. Die Kinder hatten viel Spass, es gibt viele Spielgeräte im Schuppen. Sauna war ebenfalls in Ordnung und gepflegt. Betten waren weich und Kissen und Decken gab es für bis zu 10 Personen. Das Ferienhaus würden wir auf jeden Fall nochmal buchen, es gab nichts zu beanstanden.
