No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. Floor heating in all tiled floors. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 10 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

The holiday home is situated on a 591 m² garden site. Situated 400 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 500 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 500 m. A 50 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Sandbox. Barbecue at your disposal. Plug for charging electric car is available. Charging socket type 2. With 11 kW power output. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in single beds. The 2 of the single beds can be put together into a double bed. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven and dishwasher.

Huset fremstår som fuldstændig nyrenoveret, og flotte materialer. < br />Der var tænkt på mange smarte løsninger - bl.a vindues åbninger. < br />Møblerne var fine, både ude og inde. < br />Grunden er totalt afskærmet, så man har det for sig selv. < br />Masser af hynder, puder, tæpper og bøjler - tak for det

Das Ferienhaus hat unsere Erwartungen voll und ganz erfüllt. Die Lage zum Zentrum und Strand war für uns perfekt. Ruhe und Trubel in der perfekten Kombination. Die Ausstattung ist unglaublich gut, ebenso der Gemütlichkeitsfaktor. Es waren sehr schöne und erholsame Tage für unsere Familie mit zwei Kindern. Vielen Dank!

Sehr gut ausgestattete und neue Küche, gemütliches Haus mit schönen Garten. Viele Möglichkeiten, auf dem Grundstück Schattenplätze zu finden. Kleines Bad, aber mit großer Dusche und endlich mal vielen Handtuchhaltern. Ein schöner Urlaub.

Wir hatten als Paar sehr schöne Tage im Winter. Das Haus war sehr gemütlich. Durch den Kamin und die Fußbodenheizung wurde das Haus schnell warm. Es liegt sehr zentral. Es hat alles was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem liebevoll eingericheten und gut ausgestatteten Haus. Die Terrasse mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten und 2 Grills sowie die ruhige und doch zentrale Lage haben uns sehr gefallen.

Entspannter Erholungsurlaub, der Strand ganz für uns allein. Super sauberes Wasser schöner Sand, viel Natur (Rehe und Hasen in den Vorgärten). Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Terasse hat jetzt schöne Loungemöbel. Der Besitzer hat für uns den Weber-Gasgrill auf Vordermann gebracht, funktioniert prima. Wir sagen nochmal danke für den schnellen Service. Sol og Strand hat zahlreiche eMails gesendet und stets schnell und unkompliziert geantwortet. Nur ein Tipp für mückenempfindliche Gäste: die Fenster haben Verdunklungsrollos, aber keine Mückengitter für einige wenige Mücken.
