Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 82 m², in 2 levels, and is build in 1969. In 1984 the holiday home was renovated. In 2018 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-saving air-to-air heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 80 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

The holiday home is situated on a 1150 m² natural site. Situated 750 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1000 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 850 m. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Barbecue at your disposal. Plug for charging electric car is available. Charging socket type 2. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 4 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Atmosphäre Durch die hohen Bäume sehr dunkel. Beleuchtung dürftig, kein Handlauf an der Treppe, Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer mit Betten, die mit viel Fliegenschiss sind, vollgestopft

Sehr gute Lage, fußläufig zum Strand, sehr ruhig. Schöner Garten. Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet und für uns als Familie perfekt. Für andere könnte es unpraktisch sein, dass die Betten im Obergeschoss nur teilweise durch eine Tür getrennt sind.

Eine reine Katastrophe in einem dreckigen kleinen Haus in der wir erst einmal 2 Stunden putzen mussten. Für 2 Tage kam noch eine Stromrechnung von 70€ was auch reine Abzocke ist! Ich rate jeden davon ab so viel Geld in die Tonne zu schmeißen!

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder in dem Haus. Vom Platz her war alles gut - was allerdings unserer Meinung nach wichtig zu wissen ist, ist, dass die drei Schlafzimmer oben alles Durchgangszimmer sind. Es geht die Treppe hoch, dann steht man ohne Tür im ersten Zimmer mit einem 90cm Bett und dann geht es weiter ins Mittelzimmer mit nochmal einem 90cm Bett und dann weiter ins letzte Zimmer mit 2x 90cm Bett, die sich auch gut zusammenschieben ließen. Durch das wirklich extreme Knarren des Holzbodens ist es allerdings absolut unmöglich, leise durch die Zimmer zu gehen (z.B. Nachts wenn man mal zur Toilette muss oder Abends, wenn schon jemand aus den vorderen Zimmern schläft). Die Betten waren alle in einem super Zustand und bequem. Auch gab es mehrere Decken zur Auswahl, sodass man eine dickere oder dünnere Bettdecke wählen konnte. Das Haus ist grundsätzlich mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet, jedoch ist in der Küche definitiv mal eine Grundreinigung vor allem IN den Schränken und auch von wenig benutztem Geschirr und Geräten (wie z.B. Toaste

The two of us and the dog, we had a nice week in a real old and typical Danish house of sol og strand. Upon entering the cleaning by sol og strand could be better, the cleaning costs are quite high compared to what we got in return. Heating was on upon entry and there was no bed linen for a double bed. For the rest it was a compact house, everything was there! Beds were fine, the kitchen was complete and practical. Oven was a challenge, but it worked. The environment, a 5-minute walk from the beach and sitting in the garden seeing a deer walking through the garden in the evening is priceless. We would definitely rent it again. A tip for the owners, give the bathroom an upgrade that deserves the cottage. The water that does not run well is still a challenge and that is such a shame because the house has so much potential. Thank you for this lovely week!
