Holiday home suitable for 8 persons . The holiday home is 123 m², in 1 ½ levels, and is build in 2022. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-friendly air-to-water heat pump. There is floorheating all over the holiday home. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 61 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1050 m² natural site. Situated 90 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 900 m away. A 70 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 20 m² covered terrace. Access to a balcony. Barbecue at your disposal. Plug for charging electric car is available. Charging socket type 2. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 4 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom

Dejligt, velindrettet og smagfuldt hus med to badeværelser, hvilket gør det velegnet til at være tre generationer i huset. Det var skønt med den korte afstand til stranden. Vi nød også, at vi kunne se havet fra stuen og fra den overdækkede terrasse.

Super tolles, liebevoll & gemütlich eingerichtetes, sehr geräumiges Ferienhaus nah am Strand. Preis Leistung Topp ! Buchung & Kommunikation Betreff An- und Abreise in allen Belangen unkompliziert und digital möglich. Großes Lob!! Alles was das Herz begehrt war vorhanden…Grill, Außenpool, Fahrräder, Kinderspielzeug, Sonne, Strand …in der Nacht gemütliche Betten und totale Stille. Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kindern (10 & 12) und unseren Omi‘s ( 75 & 79 ) hier und das Haus und die Umgebung ist allen total gerecht geworden. Wir hatten eine super schöne erholsame Zeit. Empfehlen können wir die Minigolfanlage und auch die Gokart Bahn, das leckere Eis und natürlich die endlos weiten Strände. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert ??. Wir haben schon alles niedergeschrieben. Nochmals möchten wir betonen, es ist ein so tolles Ferienhaus, dass auch unsere Freunde gesagt haben, hier muss man einfach Urlaub machen, weil alles passt!!!

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus in perfekter Lage mit traumhaftem Blick auf die Ostsee. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es hat uns nichts gefehlt und wir habe unsere Urlaubswoche sehr genossen.

Die Ausstattung und Einrichtung des Hauses war sehr durchdacht, es fehlte nichts. Da das Haus noch sehr neu ist, kann man nur hoffen, das es auch so bleibt und die Nutzer das zu schätzen wissen. Die Lage ist natürlich top ??. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir hatten eine Woche Freundinnenurlaub in diesem wunderschönen Haus. In der gut ausgestatteten Küche hat das gemeinsame Kochen viel Spaß gemacht. Nach dem Essen gab es ausgedehnte Spaziergänge am nahen Strand. Ein tolles Haus, wo wirklich an alles gedacht wurde.

Ein wunderbares Haus mit einer sehr guten Ausstattung in einer tollen Lage. Für Menschen, die im Urlaub Stille suchen, genau das Richtige. Eine sehr große Terasse mit Meerblick und praktisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Räume. Es war unser zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem Haus, und wir werden nächstes Jahr wieder dort sein. Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus in bester Lage zum Strand. Liebevoll und hochwertig eingerichtet, mit absolut allem was man braucht. Das Zentrum ist in der Nähe, so das man morgens auch mal frische Brötchen holen kann. Toller Rad-/Fussweg auf dem Deich, der am gesamten Strand entlang führt. Rundherum ein perfektes Ferienhaus.
