Holiday home suitable for 7 persons . 3 of the beds is only suitable for older children (4-11 years). The holiday home is 100 m² and is build in 1965. In 2012 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-saving air-to-air heat pump. Floor heating in all tiled floors. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 40 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1200 m² natural site. Situated 200 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1300 m away. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Sandbox.Fire place. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds.1 sleeping place in bunk bed.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Hyggeligt indrettet med gamle ting. Vi var en familie på tre. Børneværelset var lækkert med køjeseng. Skøn stor sofa. I haven fik vi besøg af rådyr hver dag.

Im Garten gehen Rehe, Hasen und Eichhörnchen ein und aus. Wundervoll zu beobachten.

Fantastisk ferie uge. Huset var skønt og tæt på strand - og kun fem minutters kørsel til marielyst "by". Nemt at finde noget at lave med børn - både i hus og området

Wir hatten wirklich ein paar schöne Tage mit dem Enkelkind. Tolle Eindrücke im Safariepark, im Mittelalterdorf bei einem Ritterspiel und am Strand. Immer gerne wieder.

Ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus. Wir hatten Besuch vom Reh und Eichhörnchen. Die Einrichtung ist gut erhalten, es war sauber. Im Schuppen warteten noch kleinere Gartenspiele. Im Sandkasten lag ebenfalls Sandspielzeug. Den Ofen haben wir nicht anbekommen, da fehlte die Erfahrung. Eine Begrüßungsmappe mit Empfehlungen vor Ort wäre wünschenswert (oder wir haben sie nicht gefunden).

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub mit Baden im Meer und tollen Fahrradtouren. Der nahegelegene Ort Marielyst ist sehr schön mit tollen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und netten Cafés und Restaurants.
