Holiday home suitable for 16 persons . 5 of the beds is only suitable for older children (4-11 years). The holiday home is 280 m² and is build in 2019. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with 2 energy-friendly air-to-air heat pumps. There is solar heat. There is floorheating all over the holiday home. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 100 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

The holiday home is situated on a 2099 m² natural site. Situated 900 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 2000 m away. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Swing. Sandbox. Football goal.Fire place.There is a covered, brick barbecue available. Parking place by the holiday home.

Swimming pool
You can play and have a great time together in the indoor swimming pool. The swimming pool is 3,5 m wide, 8,5 m long and it is up to 1,45 m deep. The water temperature is between 24 and 28 ° C hot.The swimming pool has a countercurrent facility. There is floor heating in the swimmingpool area.

Bed situation
All together there are 5 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 11 sleeping places in single beds.1 sleeping place on mattress.- 5 of these sleeping accommodations are located on the bed-loft of the house on bunk beds, and 1 is located on a bed-loft in one of the bedrooms. Moreover 2 cots for babies (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 2 refrigerators. There are 6 induction cooking plates, 2 hot-air ovens, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 3 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 3 toilets The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Whirlpool
There is the possibility of relaxation in both the indoor still water spa for 6 people and the indoor spa for 2 people. Additionally, there is an outdoor hot tub for 6 people where you can enjoy wellness under the open sky.

The holiday home contains 1 Smart TV. Playstation4. 1-3 Danish channels. 1-3 Swedish channels. 1-3 Norwegian channels. 1-3 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged. Free firewood is available for the wood stove, fire pit, and wood-fired hot tub.

Regn ikke med at, tøj eller lignende skal opbevares i skabe, for der er næsten ingen skabe ?? Det manglede vi. Nogle af værelserne er små, vi manglede gulvplads.

Dejligt hus med god plads til 10 voksne. Skønt poolrum og gode muligheder for aktiviteter i haven. Veludstyret køkken og gode badeværelser. Vi var 6 voksne og 3 børn i alderen 0-5 år som havde en fantastisk ferie.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne und sonnige Urlaubswoche. Konnten alle Vorhaben umsetzen, weil alles in ca. 30 Minuten oder unter 1 Stunde erreichbar war. Wir waren eine 4 Generationen Familie von 2,5 bis 85 Jahren und haben den Spielplatz, Fußballplatz, Grillplatz, Pool gut genutzt. In der Kücheneinrichtung fehlte es an nichts, das ist gepäckmäißig sehr zum Vorteil. Alle waren zufrieden und wir können dieses Ferienhaus gerne weiterempfehlen.

Sommerhuset har en god planløsning. Det er perfekt med værelsesfordelingen, fællesarealet, køkkenet, badeværelserne og entréen. Terrassen er stor og hyggelig og med dejlig overdækket grill. Havemøbler og hynder er i god stand. Haven er perfekt til leg og bålhygge. Det var luksus at kunne tage brænde til bålfadet. Fantastisk med separat bygning til pool m.m. Køkken er veludstyret, og der mangler intet. Der var håndsæbe på alle badeværelser, da vi ankom. Alt i alt var vi meget tilfredse med sommerhuset.

Selv feriehuset var meget tilfredsstillende, gode ude arealer. Terrasse hvor alle kunne være < br />God indretning indendørs, skøn beliggenhed hvor der var plads til gå ture og ikke langt til vandet . < br />Vi var 13 ( 7 voksne 6 børn i alderen 8-13 ) afsted og alle var meget tilfredse .

Vi var 14 mennesker samlet i en uge i vinterferien. Trods regn havde vi en skøn ferie i et dejligt stort hus og med en lækker pool. God alkove til "børnene", dejlig stor stue/køkken alrum, køkkenet var nemt at gå til og haven kan vi forestille os er dejlig at være i om sommeren.

Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche in diesem schönen Haus verbracht. Es fehlte uns an nichts, der Pool war unser Highlight, Tischkicker, Sitzmöglichkeiten und die Liegen im Außenbereich… die Ausstattung der Küche und des gesamten Hauses. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden und können dieses Haus vorbehaltlos weiterempfehlen. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.
