Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . 2 of the beds is only suitable for older children (4-11 years). The holiday home is 95 m² and is build in 1972. In 2004 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 20 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1250 m² natural site. Situated 850 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 2500 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 4200 m. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. Playhouse. Barbecue at your disposal. Carport is at your disposal. Plug for charging electric car is available. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed.

Worth knowing

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus. Es ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Lage etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum bedeutete eine entspannte Zeit. Der Strand war zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren in ausreichendem Maß vorhanden.

Vi havde en helt igennem skøn ferie med familien. Naturoplevelser på 1. klasse, hvor rådyr med rålam spadserede forbi. Og tranerne trompeterede i det fjerne.

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gemütlich, die Einrichtung schon etwas alt. Die Küche ist zeitgemäß und gut ausgestattet, die Betten sehr bequem. Garten und Terrasse sind groß und gut nutzbar mit Schattenplätzen und teilweise Überdachung und gut möbliert. Der Sonnenschirm ist nicht zweckmäßig. Die Ausstattung des Badezimmers ist gut, das warme Wasser hat zu wenig Druck. Die Lage ist landschaftlich sehr schön und ruhig.
