This unique, idyllic summer house comfortably accommodates 8 and can host up to 11 people and sits right by Elkenøre Strand, repeatedly voted one of Denmark’s best beaches.

The property includes a main house, a main annex, a small additional annex, and an enchanting wood-burning sauna house with a glass-fronted wall facing the beach. A dip in the sea followed by the fragrant sauna with its flickering fire is enough to make anyone fall in love with this home.

The large garden with mature trees and shrubs opens directly onto the beach, making it perfect for families and friends to relax, train, and enjoy quality time together. Interiors in soft sky-blue and white reflect Danish design, simplicity, and quality.

The kitchen, fully equipped with modern amenities, has an open wood-burning fireplace and a dining terrace that catches the sun for alfresco meals. A second living room with a large flat-screen TV, Apple TV/Netflix, gas fireplace, and comfy sofas opens onto a spacious terrace with deep outdoor seating and a large parasol – ideal for relaxing, drinks, and grilling in the wind-protected sun trap.

The main house features a spacious entrance, two living areas, a kitchen/dining area, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a washing machine. A single bedroom with a child’s cot is next to the master bedroom. The additional bunk-bed room has an adjacent bathroom.

The main annex has two large, sunlit double bedrooms overlooking the garden and beach, a double-shower bathroom, and a separate WC with washbasin. The small annex offers two single beds, easily used as extra sleeping space.

For more activity, the charming summer town of Marielyst with restaurants, cafés, bars, and shops is a 25-minute walk along the beach or 10 minutes by bike. Three excellent golf courses and numerous summer attractions are nearby.

Electric vehicle charging is available, and there is parking for up to six cars. This truly is the Danish dream summer house.
