Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . 2 of the beds is only suitable for older children (4-11 years). The holiday home is 70 m² and is build in 1990. In 2012 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed.} Freezer capacity of 37 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

Outside
Situated 250 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 450 m away. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. Barbecue at your disposal.

Bed situation
All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 4 sleeping places in bunk beds.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV. At least 4 Danish channels. 1-3 Swedish channels. 1-3 Norwegian channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged. There is a common parking space near the house. REMEMBER to place the correctly filled in parking ticket in the car's windscreen. In the absence of a parking ticket, it can cost a fine. It is FORBIDDEN to park by the house. Only baggage loading and unloading is allowed. Parking tickets are available in the house.

Dejligt rent hus med alt hvad vi behøvede. Dog kunne hovedpuderne godt trænge til en udskiftning.

Hej,unser Urlaub war in dem Haus wunderschön. Das Haus ist nett eingerichtet, alles ist vorhanden, ordentlich und gepflegt. Die gesamten Anlage ist herrlich in der Natur , eine erholsame Oase. Das einzige was wir nicht so gut fanden war, es ist kein Waschhaus mit Waschmaschinen auf dem Platz. ( es war in der Beschreibung des Angebots genannt!) Wir werden gerne wiederkommen wenn es die Gesundheit zulässt. ( beide sind wir über 80 Jahre alt).
