The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 30 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1330 m² garden site. The site is fenced in. Situated 600 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 2500 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 3000 m. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. Situated 2000 m from a playground. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 8 sleeping places in double beds.

Wir hatten einen Wunderschönen Urlaub. Der Zaun um dem Grundstück könnte Mal erneuert werden Für grosse Hunde.

Im großen und ganzen hatten wir in diesem Ferienhaus einen schönen Urlaub. Aber das Haus, zumindest das kleinere der beiden Häuser, ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und müsste mal renoviert werden. Das Haupthaus ist sehr schön. Vor dem Haus wurde eine neue Holzterrasse montiert. Und auch sonst wurde im Aussenbereich einiges verändert. Das Haus liegt am Ende von Bøtø, am Rand von einem Naturschutzgebiet. Angenehm ruhig. Fussläufig max. 10 Minuten bis zum Meer. Wir verbringen schon sehr viele Jahre unsere Sommerurlaube in Marielyst und wurden noch nie von einem Ferienhaus negativ überrascht. Und so ist es auch diesmal gewesen. Wer einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub sucht, der ist hier auf jeden Fall richtig.

Das Haus hat an sich unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Der allgemeine Pflegezustand vom Haupthaus sowie des Grundstücks könnte verbessert werden und als befriedigend zu bewerten. Die Ausstattung vom Haus ist vollständig, funktionstüchtig aber auch schon etwas abgewohnt und bestimmt schon bis zu 20 Jahre alt. Das Sofa, und die Betten könnten mal erneuert werden. Das Bad und die Küche waren sauber und soweit ok. Ein moderner Fernseher, DVD Player, gutes WLAN und eine Wärmepumpe ( Klimaanlage mit Heizfuntion) sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Der Anbau allerdings ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und nicht mehr sehr einladend. Von der Lage her liegt das Haus ruhig, nicht weit vom Strand und dem Naturschutzgebiet entfernt, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Man merkt, dass das Haus wohl ein reines Vermietungsobjekt ist und das Reinigungspersonal wohl nicht viel Zeit hat. Aber das Wesentliche war sauber. Wenn man nicht zu penibel ist kann man das Haus vom Preis/Leistungsverhältnis durchaus empfehlen. Wir hatte jedenfalls schöne Tage und einen tollen Urlaub.
