The holiday home is equipped with 2 energy-friendly air-to-water heat pumps. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 220 litres. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 3000 m² natural site. The site is fenced in. Situated 200 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 500 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 1500 m. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Swing. Sandbox. Situated 500 m from a playground. Outdoor shower. Barbecue at your disposal. Plug for charging electric car is available. Parking place by the holiday home.

Swimming pool
You can play and have a great time together in the indoor swimming pool. There is floor heating in the swimmingpool area.

Bed situation
All together there are 10 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 18 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

The kitchen is equipped with 2 refrigerators. There are 8 ceramic cooking plates, 2 hot-air ovens, microwave oven and dishwasher.

There are 4 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 4 toilets. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

You can relax in the outdoor hot tub for 6 persons.

Schönes Feiern Haus was sehr gut auf die Anzahl der Personen ausgelegt ist. Der Inhaber hat dies sehr gut eingerichtet. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Stort og fint feriehus, litt gamle møbler i hovedstuen. Tomten kunne vært vedlikeholt bedre. Litt vanskelig å finne frem til huset selv med GPS.

Dejlig hus med god plads til både børn og voksne. God ude område med aflukket gård. Tæt på strand og legeplads. Vi kommer igen????
