Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 70 m² and is build in 1974. You can bring along 2 pets. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 30 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

The holiday home is situated on a 1097 m² garden site. Situated 300 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 800 m away. A 30 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 8 m² covered terrace. Swing. Sandbox. Barbecue at your disposal. Carport is at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Alt i alt havde vi en god ferie og var/lod os ikke påvirke af husets mangler. Men.., huset er omkranset af meget høje træer så ingen morgen eller aftensol på terrassen. Afløb i badeværelse fungere ikke ordentlig så hele gulvet sejler når man bader. Vinduer meget beskidte, især indvendigt i stue mod terrassen med fedtede børnehænder aftryk, rester af hundesavl og hundepoter mærker. Huset er med 6 sovepladser men med 4 voksne er der godt fyldt op. Sjovt med bordfodbold, men det fylder lovligt meget i den allerede overmøbleret stue.

The house is old but good for the price. I will have liked to see a a better lock on the terase door, something you could open from the inside without a key. Both doors used the same key so if you leave the key in the front door and there is a fire in that area the only way out is through the window.. Also it would have saved some water if the shower had a better tab, so you could set the water temp. to a fixed position. We did had a very unpleasent strong smell around the shower room (my guess the drain from washing mashine). Smelled lilke a very used old ashtray. Overall a very nice place to stay if you aren't looking for luxuru bbut just a good all fashined summer cottage.
