Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 53 m² and is build in 1947. In 1963 the holiday home was renovated. In 2025 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 2 pets. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-saving air-to-air heat pump.} Freezer capacity of 65 litres. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

The holiday home is situated on a 527 m² garden site. Situated 10 m from inlet. A bathing jetty is available nearby. Nearest shop is 375 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 5800 m. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Situated 250 m from a playground. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 4 sleeping places in single beds. 1 of these sleeping accommodations is located in the living room, and 3 are located in the annex. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven and dishwasher.

Ein Ferienhaus von 1947 hat seinen eigenen Charme. Das hat uns auch gereizt. Der Ausblick auf das Wasser ist sehr schön. Die Terrasse ist neu und groß. < br />Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Smart TV sind eine gute Ausstattung für regnerische Tage. Die Umgebung ist leider weniger reizvoll.So muss doch stets mit dem Auto gefahren werden. Auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zwar in der Nähe, bieten aber nur einen niedrigen Standard. Der Garten könnte besser gepflegt sein, auch wenn die Trockenheit im Sommer zuschlägt. Entweder ich liebe es draußen in der Nähe des Meeres zu sein oder in der Nähe von Lebendigkeit und Attraktionen. Dies ist leider nicht der Fall. Wir hatten den kleinen netten Ort vermisst. < br />

Fantastisk sted. Gode stier at gå ture på. Roligt område. Rema lige om hjørnet hvor man kunne få rundstykker. Helt igennem hyggeligt hus med at hvad du ønsker. Kommer helt sikkert igen??

Så hyggeligt og stemningsfuldt et sommerhus, som ligger lige ned til Kertemindfjord. Huset passer perfekt til to voksne, men der kan være flere, hvis man er gode venner. ????

Virkelig skønt lille hus med skønneste beliggenhed. Pænt og rent. Fantastisk at bo så tæt på vandet og bare kunne nyde solop-og nedgange.

Fantastisk hus,dejligbeliggenhed med få meter til vandet, vi brugte mange timer bare på og kigge på vandet,fugle ,sejlbåde,kano roning ,naboen der underviste nogle i at stå på surf bræt. Huset er lille og hyggelig

Vi havde en skøn ferieuge i denne perle af et sommerhus. I de 25 år vi har lejet sommerhuse, ligger dette hus på en første plads. Det var skønt at være så tæt på havet som man kunne nyde fra terrassen. Huset er måske ikke så stort, men der var alt hvad vi havde brug for.
