Holiday home suitable for 4 persons . The holiday home is 43 m² and is build in 2008. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-saving air-to-air heat pump. Top-loading washing machine. Freezer capacity of 60 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

The holiday home is situated on a 175 m² natural site. Situated 7000 m from the sea. Situated 20 m from inlet. A bathing jetty is available nearby. Nearest shop is 550 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 5000 m. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. Situated 150 m from a playground. Barbecue at your disposal.

All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places in sofa bed (double). 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the annex and 2 of them are located in the living room.m.

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Hübsches Häuschen, liebevoll eingerichtet und zweckmässig ausgestattet. Sehr sauber. < br />Tolle Aussicht!!! Wundervolle Sonnenaufgänge - Vogelvielfalt, wunderschöne Natur - ruhig und friedlich < br />Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. < br />Man kann im nahen Umfeld viel unternehmen. < br />Odense nicht weit entfernt. Nach Kopenhagen circa 2 Autostunden. < br />Netter Kontakt mit den Vermietern. < br />

Das Ferienhaus ist eher klein, hat keinen Raum mit Doppelbett (bzw. das Sofa im Wohnzimmer wäre das Doppelbett). Es gibt ein kleines Hüttchen mit zwei weiteren Einzelbetten. Die Möblierung ist hell und freundlich, es gibt eine wunderschöne Terasse mit Tischen und anderen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Die Küche ist solide ausgestattet. < br />Die Lage ist fantastisch, der Blick hat uns täglich erfreut. Man braucht aber ein Auto, um dort sinnvoll zu wohnen.
