Newly built (2021) and fantastic quality holiday home with tasteful decor and wonderfull location with panoramic sea views. A house with every conceivable comfort for the holiday guest who does not compromise on either taste or quality.

The house stands out from the crowd with its elegant architecture and extremely tasteful decor. Comfort has also been taken into account: For example, you can throw yourself on comfortable double beds in all three bedrooms.

You are the first to enter the wide entrance in the holiday home, from which there is access to the 3 bedrooms and 2 wunderfull bathrooms. You can immediately sense that it is an exciting house, where much has been done to the details. A staircase leads from the entrance hall up to the heart of the house, namely the living room and the kitchen, which are in open connection. Everywhere is a wonderful light from the large panoramic windows.

The large, high-ceilinged living area is a wonderful place to gather when there are  movies on the flat screen and fire in the wood stove. From the house you have a fantastic view over the holiday home area with the North Sea in the background. A smaller loft is also a nice addition to the floor plan.

Outside

The view can certainly also be enjoyed when you sit outside. Here you will find several terraces to choose from, so you can settle down on the most sunny and sheltered spot regardless of the time.

Area

If you want a fresh dip in the North Sea, you have just 100 meters to the beach. If the temperatures are good, you can hang out on the wide beach to play in the white sand and enjoy the relaxed holiday atmosphere. The nature around Nørlev and Skallerup Klit offers good experiences and can be explored on foot, horseback or by bike. See e.g. the distinctive landscape in Skallerup's inland dunes. Children will love a visit to the visiting farm Klithusegården. A walk along the coast can also be recommended, possibly past Skallerup Seaside Resort, which is located nearby. Here there is a bowling center, water park, restaurants and many activities for the whole family.
