The house has 13 bedrooms, including 5 rooms with 1 double bed each, 6 rooms with 1 double bed each and 2 bunk beds, 1 room with 4 bunk beds and 1 room with 2 bunk beds, making it ideal for large groups. There are also 6 bathrooms and 2 guest toilets, so there is never a need to wait in line. For the little guests, both a cot and a high chair are available.

The indoor comfort is ensured by a heat pump that keeps the temperature comfortable all year round. The house is equipped with modern kitchen facilities, including a microwave, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer with a capacity of 100 liters.

For entertainment, there are a number of fun activities. Here you will find a pool table, table tennis table and table football table that will keep everyone entertained for hours. In addition, there is an indoor sauna where you can relax after a long day of activities. The house also has a large pool area with a 45 square meter swimming pool and a 25 square meter children's pool with a slide, which is heated all year round.
