A wonderful summer cottage made of wood from 2002 with spa and sauna placed on a natural plot just 250 metres from the beach. There is an open and a roofed terrace with garden furniture. A Weber grill Is available for use. Indoors are light wooden floors. There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinets, and one of them has underfloor heating as well as a sauna and spa for 3 people. A modern open kitchen in connection with the livingroom. The kitchen is equipped with freezer, disshwasker, microwave, ceramic hot-plates, and a fan oven. A light livingroom with a wood burner, TV, Chromecast. DVD player, and a stereorack with CD player. No TV channels - only streaming. If you have a Viasat-card at home, you can bring that along and use it. An extra TV with DVD player is available in the childrens’ room. There are 8 beds spread out on 4 bedrooms; 3 with a doublebed and one with a bunk bed. There is free wi-fi (no available computer), washing machine, tumble dryer, and besides that is installed a energy-saving heatpump. For the infants and toddlers there are a cot, high childrens’ chair, a swing, a slide, and a sand box.



Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. The waste must be sorted into bio and residual waste, and in the garbage bucket lies in separate rooms. If this is not done correctly it will cost DKK 500 TO BE BATHED BEFORE GOING TO A HOT TUB, current instructions must be followed.
