Holiday home suitable for 12 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. 2 of the beds is only suitable for older children (4-11 years). The holiday home is 192 m² and is build in 1962. In 2003 the holiday home was renovated. You can bring along 2 pets. The holiday home is equipped with energy-friendly air-to-water heat pump. There is floorheating all over the holiday home. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 85 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1647 m² garden site. Situated 500 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 3850 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 3650 m. A 21 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 19 m² covered terrace. Situated 400 m from a playground. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Swimming pool
You can play and have a great time together in the indoor swimming pool. The swimming pool is 3,5 m wide, 6 m long and it is up to 1,3 m deep. The water temperature is between 24 and 28 ° C hot.

Bed situation
All together there are 6 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 8 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 2 refrigerators. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.
