Holiday home suitable for 12 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 200 m² and is build in 1994. In 2008 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 175 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2050 m² Situated 900 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 2500 m away. A 60 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Swing. Sandbox. Parking place by the holiday home.

Swimming pool
You can play and have a great time together in the indoor swimming pool. The swimming pool is 3,4 m wide, 5 m long and it is up to 1,4 m deep. The water temperature is between 24 and 28 ° C hot.The swimming pool has a countercurrent facility.The youngest guests can enjoy the children’s pool.

Bed situation
All together there are 6 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 8 sleeping places in double beds. 4 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 american refrigerator. There are 4 electric hotplates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom

General:
Grundsätzlich ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Die Bäder sind top und auch der Poolbereich ist sehr schön. Der Rest des Hauses ist schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, dennoch alles zur Zufriedenheit.Einziges Manko:Wir waren im Winter in dem Ferienhaus und die Heizung hat uns irritiert. Im Flur hatten wir durchgehend nur 15 Grad. Die daran angrenzenden Schlafzimmer benötigten wir zum Glück nicht. Sehr hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit im ganzen Haus, haben mehrmals täglich die Fenster abgewischt, trotz Lüften. Im Winter würde ich mich eher nicht nochmal für dieses Haus entscheide
