The holiday home is situated on a 1500 m² natural site. Situated 500 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 800 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 1000 m. A 55 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 10 m² covered terrace. Hereof a total of 55 m² enclosed terrace. You find a tool shed. Swing. Sandbox. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 4 sleeping places in single beds.

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 2 toilets, hereof 1 guest bathroom. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

The indoor prefilled whirlpool offers space for 2 persons.You can relax in the outdoor hot tub for 5 persons.

Ein gut ausgestattetes Haus, das sehr offen in Richtung Süden orientiert ist. Engere Bebauung wird durch kurze Wege zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strand aufgewogen.

Ein schönes Ferienhaus (5 Nächte), das zum Glück auch mit Hund gebucht werden konnte. Das allein gibt schon fast volle Punktzahl! Das Gelände ist nicht eingezäunt und ein Teil der Terrasse war Anfang März 2026 auch noch Baustelle. Die Durchgangsstrasse von und nach Söndervig ist nah am Haus und der Verkehr gut zu hören. Das Grundstück ist an der Zufahrtsseite und von links von den Nachbarn gut einzusehen. Ob und wie sich das neue Glashaus und der neue Außen-Jacuzzi dann bewähren, muss sich zeigen. Die Überdachung außen reicht bei Regen und Wind nicht aus, um trocken darunter zu Grillen/ zu Sitzen. Wenn sich die max. 6 Personen gut kennen und mögen, dann ist das Haus ausreichend groß. Die Ausstattung ist prima, die Sauna heißt schnell hoch, Whirlpool wurde von uns nicht genutzt, WLAN und TV funktionieren gut. Einige kleine Schäden habe ich noch am Ankunftstag per Email an der örtlichen Agentur bekannt gegeben. Hier wäre es schön, wenn die bekannten Schäden (Abplatzung am Waschbecken im Bad, Riss am Gemüsefach, lockerer Wasserhahn Küche) breits als Extrapunkt bei der Hausbeschreibung mit aufgeführt wären, das erspart Meldungen und Unsicherheit, ob man selbst dafür später zur Kasse gebeten wird. Die Entfernung zum schönen, breiten Sandstrand sind ca. 500m, verbunden mit einem steilen Aufstieg über eine Düne. Mietempfehlung!
