Completely newly built in 2019, this beautiful holiday home has a tasteful décor and beautiful location with panoramic sea views. A house with every possible comfort for the holidaymaker who does not compromise with neither taste nor quality.

This house is hypoallergenic and therefore pets are not allowed.

The house is energy friendly and has ventilation with heat recovery which ensures a good indoor climate. Solar cells are installed, making heating, consumption and charging of electric cars as environmentally friendly as possible.

The house has 6 good and spacious bedrooms, with 12 beds. In addition, there are two beautiful bathrooms, one with spa and sauna.

From the garage there is direct entrance to the house, the garage today functions as an activity room, where there is a wealth of activity opportunities. Furthermore, there is access to a cozy loft, with  additional 2 beds, as well as TV and PS4.

This cottage has a plug for electric cars, CEE plug 16A + CEE plug 32A - which makes it easy to charge electric cars.

The house is furnished with a large and spacious wooden terrace that surrounds most of the house. A partly covered terrace environment with several nice loungers where you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings from the first parquet. The house has plenty of activities for the whole family.

Location

Skallerup Seaside Resort is within walking distance where children can enjoy the water park and playground and the adults in the Wellness Department. In the holiday center there are also restaurants and shopping opportunities. The nearest town is Lønstrup, which in recent years has developed into a popular and attractive cultural city, which is rich in galleries, active art workshops and cafés and not least an active trade life.

From Lønstrup you can go to the ruins after Mårup Church, enjoy the view from the Rubjerg Knude lighthouse, shop art and pottery and enjoy the harsh and beautiful nature that surrounds the area.
