General:
Das Haus selbst hat uns grundsätzlich gut gefallen. Es ist modern, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Leider wurde unser Aufenthalt jedoch deutlich durch die Umgebung beeinträchtigt. Während unseres gebuchten Zeitraums waren zwei Baustellen in unmittelbarer Nähe aktiv. Die Bauarbeiten begannen teilweise bereits um 7 Uhr morgens, sogar am Pfingstmontag, unter anderem mit einer Rüttelplatte. An manchen Tagen wurde bis etwa 20:30 Uhr gearbeitet. Dadurch war es schwierig, im Haus oder auf dem Grundstück Ruhe zu finden. Da das Haus aktuell zum Verkauf steht, wurde es insbesondere an den Wochenenden häufig von Interessenten umrundet und von außen begutachtet. Das empfanden wir als störend, zumal es kaum Sichtschutz gibt. Durch die großen Fenster in den Wohnräumen kann man leicht ins Haus hineinsehen. Zusätzlich fehlten Vorhänge oder andere Möglichkeiten zur Verdunkelung bzw. zum Sichtschutz. Auch ein Sonnenschutz ist nicht vorhanden. Dadurch heizt sich das Haus bei sonnigem Wetter sehr schnell auf. Insgesamt ist das Haus an sich sehr schön, aufgrund der genannten Umstände konnten wir unseren Aufenthalt jedoch nicht so entspannt genießen, wie wir es uns gewünscht hätten.
