Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 4 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 56 m² and is build in 1971. In 2025 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 10 litres. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 800 m² garden site. Situated 140 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 2000 m away. A 40 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 20 m² covered terrace. Shelter. Outdoor shower. It is possible to prepare the food in the outdoor kitchen. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the annex. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven and dishwasher.

There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.

Neu renoviertes Ferienhaus in Strandnähe. Ca. 100m) Sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Ausstattung liess nichts zu wünschen übrig (es fehlte wirklich an nichts) Abzug gibt es für die Betten, die für zwei Erwachsene doch sehr schmal und vor allem viel zu weich/durchgelegen waren. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert, wenn man nicht unbedingt in erster Reihe am Meer sein will und Ruhe sucht. Angst vor Spinnen darf man allerdings nicht haben. ??
