Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 80 m² and is build in 2009. No pets allowed. Floor heating in all tiled floors. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 65 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 850 m² garden site. Situated 70 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 3000 m away. A 100 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 15 m² covered terrace. Patio heater available. Outdoor shower. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in sofa bed (double). Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Worth knowing

General:
Einfach ein tolles Haus. Es ist mit Allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Geräte in gutem Zustand. Wir haben dort eine Woche im Oktober verbracht. Rundum ein schöner Urlaub mit vielen Fahrradtouren. Wer allerdings deutsches unidirektionales TV, wie z.B. via Satellit erwartet, sollte wissen, das man dort Internet TV, und somit das Streaming Angebot der ARD und ZDF nutzen muss. Der Inhalt ist zum Teil aus rechtlichen Gründen aber nicht in DK zu sehen.

Ein toller Urlaub auf unserer Lieblingshalbinsel Fünen, auch im Herbst (abzahlbar) und immer eine Reise wert! Das Ferienhaus ist top, die Küche bombastisch (ausgestattet), Betten sehr rückenfreundlich, Mücken waren im Herbst zum Glück kein Thema, sonst hätten Mückenvorhänge an den Fenstern gefehlt! Der Garten ist ein Traum, die gemütliche Koje (zum Arbeiten bei mir) ebenso! Das Badezimmer mit der Dusche ist gar nicht so dänisch spartanisch, also auch hier 100%! Ein Außenbereich (bei abgeschlossener Außentür auch sichtgeschützt) mit warmer Dusche nach dem Schwimmen ist perfekt, den Sand nicht ins Haus zu tragen, wenn man am Strand war. Wären bei Sonne und Strand nicht noch so viele tolle andere Häuser, würde ich es nächsten Herbst wieder buchen ;-)
