The ground floor offers a cosy living room with a wood-burning stove and heat pump, and direct access to a covered terrace with garden furniture. Adjacent to the living room is a functional kitchen equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher. Nice bathroom with shower. The sleeping areas are located on the first floor. The house is situated on a large plot with lawn and trees – perfect for play and relaxation. The area is surrounded by forests and fields rich in wildlife. It’s just a 10-minute drive to the train station in Kolind, where you can catch the light rail to either Grenaa or Aarhus.

Ebdrup is a charming and tranquil holiday home area surrounded by beautiful nature, where you can enjoy birdwatching and spot wildlife up close. From the house, it’s about a 20-minute drive to Djurs Sommerland – the largest amusement park in the Nordic countries – and the Scandinavian Wildlife Park. The town of Ebeltoft, with its many tourist attractions, is just a 30-minute drive away.
