You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. Floor heating in all tiled floors. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 74 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

The holiday home is situated on a 1070 m² natural site. Situated 600 m from inlet. Nearest shop is 1500 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 1500 m. A 75 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 16 m² covered terrace. Patio heater is available. You find a tool shed. Swing. Sandbox. Slide. Outdoor shower. Plug for charging electric car is available. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. 4 sleeping places in bunk beds. 2 sleeping places on mattresses. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located on the bed-loft of the house. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms.

General:
Sehr gut eingerichtetes und modernes Ferienhaus in sehr gutem Zustand in der Nähe der Steilküste und des Fjords. Um das Haus herum gibt es verschiedene Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Spielgeräte für Kinder (Sandkasten, Rutsche, Schaukel und Kletterbaum) sind vorhanden. Sehr schön angelegte Feuerstelle. Das besondere im Haus ist eine Duschnische mit zwei gegenüber liegenden Duschen. Die Betten sind groß und sehr bequem. Ein Supermarkt ist fußläufig im selben Ort erreichbar.
