This modern 4* apartment, part of a new residence, is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. It includes a spacious living room with a pellet stove (pellets not provided), a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment has two cozy bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both offering direct access to private balconies. A double sofa bed in the living area adds extra sleeping space. The apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. A separate bathroom with a washer/dryer and a separate toilet are also available for convenience. The residence is ideally located near the traditional Planay district in Champagny en Vanoise. Guests can easily explore the area, with a ski locker and shoe warmer at the entrance for winter sports enthusiasts. The sunny balconies of the apartments offer beautiful views, and the area is ideal for outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking, and cycling. The residence also offers a new aquatic area with an indoor swimming pool and sauna, available starting December 2023. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher.
