Accommodating up to 4 people, the apartment features two bedrooms: one with a double bed (190x200) and the other with two single beds (90x190), both with en-suite bathrooms. The open-plan living space includes a kitchen, dining area, and lounge with a TV. Guests also enjoy a covered parking space, and the property is non-smoking and pet-free. The apartment’s location is ideal, just minutes from Megève's village center, known for its gourmet restaurants, cultural events, and Mont Blanc Golf Course. Skiers can access the slopes of the Evasion Mont Blanc area, located 2.5 km away. The residential hamlet offers a peaceful environment, making it a perfect base for relaxation and adventure alike. Included services for guests are a personalized welcome at the agency, bathroom products, linen (sheets and towels), slippers, and beds made on arrival. Regular cleaning is provided twice a week, along with end-of-stay cleaning. Optional services such as concierge packages and extra cleaning can be arranged for a fee. A EURO1,500 security deposit is required, refundable within 15 days of departure.
