This luxurious chalet, located in the Rochebrune area of Megève, offers a serene retreat with breathtaking views and an inviting atmosphere. Spread over 350m², the chalet accommodates up to 12 guests across six beautifully appointed bedrooms. Just a five-minute walk from the slopes, it features an expansive garden, perfect for relaxation. The large living room, with its exposed beams and grand fireplace, creates a cozy, authentic ambiance. The chalet is designed for ultimate comfort, with a wellness area that includes a jacuzzi and sauna, ideal for unwinding after a day on the slopes. The accommodation is divided across three levels, providing spacious areas for both privacy and socializing. Level 0 includes five comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with TVs, wardrobes, and en-suite or separate bathrooms. There is also a laundry room, garage, and additional shower room. Level 1 boasts a luxurious living area with a fireplace, a dining room for up to 12 guests, and a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom features a dressing room, a bathroom with both a bathtub and shower, and a decorative fireplace. Outdoors, guests can enjoy the jacuzzi while soaking in the stunning views of the surrounding nature. The chalet is offered with a variety of included services, such as a welcome basket with champagne, linen, slippers, and firewood. Mid-stay cleaning and end-of-stay cleaning are also provided. For added convenience, concierge services are available for a range of personalized requests, including ski passes and bookings. Pets are allowed, and two garage spaces are provided for guests. A refundable security deposit of EURO5,000 is required.
