This 140m² chalet in Saint-Gervais comfortably accommodates up to six guests. It features two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), a sleeping area with a trundle bed, and a living room with a fireplace. The chalet offers views of the Aravis mountain range, the valley, and Mont-Joly. Pets are allowed. Winter equipment is strongly recommended for access. Located in a quiet area, the chalet is 1.5km from the village center with its shops (sports stores, bakery, supermarket, tobacconist, restaurant, bar) and 2.3km from the ski lifts. This location offers a peaceful setting while still being conveniently close to amenities and skiing. The chalet is spread over two levels. The garden level features a garage and a laundry room (washing machine and dryer). The first floor comprises a living room with a fireplace, TV, dining area, and balcony access, a kitchen (4 ceramic hobs, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher), and a separate WC. The second floor has the bedrooms, the sleeping area with a trundle bed, and a bathroom (bathtub and sink). Pillows, duvets, blankets, and dishes are provided, but household products are not. Additional services (with supplement, subject to reservation and availability) include Wi-Fi box rental, household linen rental (sheets and towels), childcare equipment rental (high chair and travel cot), raclette and fondue machine rentals, and end-of-stay cleaning. Electric heating is provided (EDF consumption extra). A EURO500 deposit is required.
