This 31m² two-room apartment in Saint-Gervais sleeps up to four. It has a living room with a sofa bed (sleeps two) and a bedroom with two single beds. A NE-facing balcony offers outdoor space. The residence features a summer heated pool (open mid-June to mid-September 2025, subject to change). Pets are allowed (extra charge). A ski locker is provided. Located 50m from the Saint-Gervais gondola (Evasion Mont-Blanc ski area access), it's ideal for winter sports. The village center (800m) and local shops are nearby. Note: construction is ongoing near the residence. The 1st-floor apartment includes a living room with dining area and TV, a kitchen (dishwasher, hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle), a bathroom (bathtub, sink), and a separate WC. Pillows, duvets, and dishes are provided (no household products). Optional services (extra charge, subject to availability) include Wi-Fi, linen, childcare equipment, raclette/fondue machines, and cleaning. A baby bed and chair are available. A EURO260 deposit is required.
