This little paradise is surrounded by nature yet only 14 km from the town of Château-Chinon, where you will find everything, you need: supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies. It is also centrally located for visiting beautiful towns such as Vézelay, Autun, Nevers, Dijon, Beaune. This holiday home is equipped with every comfort: fully equipped kitchen, 2 spacious bedrooms; 1 with a king-size double bed, 1 with 2 king-size single beds, 2 bathrooms; 1 with shower and toilet, 1 with bath and toilet, living room, washing machine and dryer, garage, room for storing bicycles, for example. The terrace overlooking Lac de Pannecière (where you can also swim or fish) is the perfect place to read a book or enjoy a glass of wine. The gîte is on the ground floor of a large villa. The super friendly, helpful and very discreet owners live on the upper floor. The icing on the cake is, of course, the heated private swimming pool located on the beautiful grounds (1 hectare). Not available for rent to persons under the age of 18.

Our comfortable villa
is an excellent departure point for fantastic walks and mountain bike trips
and a perfect starting position for visiting places, such as, Dijon - the capital of Burgundy, the Roman city of Autun and the world heritage site of Vézelay to name a few.

Lovers of swimming, fishing, kayaking, sailing and windsurfing have two lakes to choose from;
Lac de Pannecière and Lac des Settons.

And, of course, there are a number of typical local French Markets to visit
besides places to taste the delicious Burgundian wines.
