Herzlich willkommen in der Ferienwohnung Seehund.
Das Objekt liegt in einer sehr schönen und ruhigen Straße mit Rosenstöcken vor den Häusern.
Das Haus ist ein rotes Klinkerhaus und das gesamte Objekt in einem guten Zustand.
Im Garten beziehungsweise Rasenfläche sind Gartenmöbel zum Verweilen bereitgestellt.
Fußweg zum Wasser und den historischen Kahnstellen ca. 2 Minuten.
Hafen, Gaststätten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in ca. 3-5 Minuten zu erreichen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Fußböden sind mit Parkett, Teppichboden sowie PVC Belag versehen. Es handelt sich hier um eine Nichtraucherwohnung.
Die Treppe die zur Ferienwohnung führt ist mit Teppichwahre ausgelegt. Im Schlafraum befindet sich ein großes Doppelbett mit 2 geteilten Matratzen 0,90 x 2,00 Meter.
Balkon oder Terrasse ist nicht vorhanden. Eine Rasenfläche im Garten ist mit Tisch und Stühlen sowie einem Sonnenschirm zum Verweilen bereitgestellt.
