Our holiday home with pool and garden is located in a quiet street in Siofok. Lake Balaton is only 150 metres away, the Plage is a 9-10 minute walk away.

The private holiday home awaits you with its own outdoor pool and pool view. The holiday home features a private pool, a garden, barbecue facilities, free WiFi and free private parking. The air-conditioned holiday home includes 3 separate bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave, and 1.5 bathrooms. A TV is also available, while the holiday home offers a sun terrace. Popular points of interest near Zita Ház include Museum of Minerals, Jókai Park and Siofok Marina. The nearest airport is Balaton Airport, 86 km from the accommodation. This is our guests' favourite part of Siófok, according to independent reviews.

The house has a large terrace with garden furniture and a wonderful view of the garden. There is a barbecue area in the garden. The property is fenced and therefore also suitable for children and dogs.

The ground floor, approximately 80 m² in size, consists of the following rooms: three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and dining area as well as an adjoining bathroom with shower and a guest toilet, a washing machine. The house has a large terrace with garden furniture and a wonderful view of the garden.

The distance to the beach is approx. 150 metres. The village centre with restaurants and supermarkets is approx. 500m away.
