Description
The house is on a street in Szantod, about 250 metres from a well-maintained beach, as well as pleasant access to Balaton.
The charmingly planted garden has a swing, sandpit and garden furniture for playing and relaxing. You can also use an open terrace with furniture. A grill is available. You can use a parking space on site.
The fully-renovated (2015) semi-detached house has modern furnishing and provides around 95m² of space. Two bedrooms with their own balcony offer plenty of space to withdraw. In both bedrooms there are two single beds which you can also push together to form a double bed. The kitchen is fully-equipped with all the necessary utensils, an electric stove, coffee machine, microwave, oven and toaster. The dining table invites you to enjoy meals together and sociable gatherings. The living room provides one corner sofa and two armchairs as well as a satellite TV. The corner sofa can be converted into two sofa beds, each for one person, so that the living room provides beds for two more people.Two modern shower rooms each with a WC round off the accommodation. A washing machine and vacuum cleaner are available. There is gas central heating.
Despite the secluded road, it is easy to get to the train station (1km) and the ferry (500m). There are shopping facilities within about a six-minute walk. It is also just a short drive to nearby places of interest and trip destinations such as Földvar (2km), Tihany (5km) and Siofok (15km).
Bed linen, towels, the final cleaning, satellite TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, electricity and water are included in the rental price.
