Description
This beautiful holiday accommodation with 180m² of living space is located at the heart of Zamardi just 200 metres from the public beach.
The house has two apartments. The two-storey house is a perfect holiday destination for families or a group of friends. The ground floor (ca. 80m², five to seven people) comprises a large living room with a fireplace, comfortable sofas, a dining space, cable TV. There are two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with three single beds). It is also possible to set up two supplementary beds in the living room. The open kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, WC and separate WC. There is a sauna (charged according to use). Air conditioning is available. There are external stairs to the upper floor, where there is an independent apartment of 100m² for 12 people. It has four bedrooms (two with a double bed, the other two with three/four single beds). The American kitchen has a dining space, electric stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, WC and a separate WC. There is cable TV. Air conditioning is also available here.
The apartment is surrounded by an 870m² enclosed garden with a lawn, flowers and bushes. The enormous outdoor community pool area is unique, measuring 10 x 4.5 metres with a whirlpool. There are two buildings on the plot, the community pool is shared by the residents of these two buildings.Children can enjoy a slide, swing and sandpit. There is also a terrace with garden furniture and a grill. The outdoor area is for shared use.
The whole house was fully newly renovated in March 2012. It is accessed along a side street. One pet up to 10kg is allowed.
