Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people and arranged over 45 sqm on the ground floor, Serenity offers an idyllic setting and a spacious 80 sqm private garden with a breathtaking sea view. It is tastefully furnished in a style somewhere between modern and shabby, with a continuous combination of white, dark green and brown giving guests peace and relaxation.

The living room has a kitchen equipped with induction hobs, wall-mounted TV, microwave, oven and dishwasher, a modern dining table and sofa bed. The master bedroom offers a double bed, an additional wall-mounted TV, bedside tables and a wardrobe; a relaxing environment is created in the study room. The bathroom with sanitary fittings, shower cubicle and washing machine completes the interior layout. Private parking space is available and, for the period from April to October, unlimited Wi-Fi.

The famous beaches of Alassio are just a few minutes’ drive away, with the seafront promenade full of restaurants and bistros, the prestigious Budello for shopping, and the well-known Muretto.
