Cozy and bright apartment on two levels in the heart of the village of Bellagio.

The apartment, beautifully furnished, is located on the fourth floor of a building accessible by some stairs. The entrance opens onto the living area, furnished with a comfortable sofa, a TV ,a dining table and a fully-equipped open kitchen with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a juicer and a toaster. From here guests can access the two balconies overlooking the central square of Bellagio and the lake view. Adjacent to the living room a first bedroom features a queen-size bed and a spacious wardrobe, while the second level of the apartment, accessible by stairs, houses the second bedroom with a single bed, a wardrobe and a desk. The layout is completed by a bathroom with a hot tub that can also be used as a shower.

At guests' disposal amenities such as washing machine, iron, free wi-fi and heating for cold days.

*The apartment is located in the ZTL area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.

Lake Como offers some of the most striking urban, landscape and architectural gems of the entire Italian peninsula. Among these treasures stands Bellagio, "The pearl of the Lario", a village of just over 3000 inhabitants on the northern end of the Larian Triangle, in which the two branches of the Lake are divided.
Among the most fascinating aspects of this village there are undoubtedly its charming villas, famous all over the world for their splendor and their manicured gardens. To mention some of them, Villa Melzi boasts many works of art and 18 km of paths in its garden, and Villa Serbelloni, today a conference center of the Rockefeller Foundation, features a wonderful garden as well. The old town, with its numerous shops located along narrow streets with steps, passages and arcades, is renowned all over the world and attracts thousands of tourists every year. The territory of Bellagio is vast and varied, you can visit the different lake hamlets such as Borgo di Bellagio, Loppia, San Giovanni and Pescallo, up to the top of Monte San Primo, reachable with a dense network of paths and itineraries for lovers of trekking and nature. Finally, Bellagio is well connected by boat to nearby villages such as Varenna, Lenno, Bellano, Menaggio, Tremezzo and Como.

The apartment is a 15-minute walk from Bellagio Station and 1 hour and 20-minute drive from Orio al Serio Airport.
