Located in the historic centre of Brovello Carpugnino, this apartment is within a few minutes of the natural richness of Alpinia Botanical Garden and less than a minute’s drive from the motorway exit. It has bars, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance of about 10-15 minutes. There is Erno Beach at an 18-minute car drive distance, suitable for a sunny morning outdoors. A quick 20-minute drive will take you to the majestic Borromeo Palace on Isola Bella, accessible by a short ferry ride, making for a memorable excursion. Beyond the tranquility of the location, you can venture golfing at Golf Des Iles Borromees which is a short 9-minute car drive or just over an hour’s walk from the apartment.

Stresa, only a 15-minute drive away, is a charming town located on the western shores of Lake Maggiore that counts as a popular destination for both local and international travellers. People can visit Stresa Waterfront which is a scenic lakeside promenade. For a day trip, there is a short cable car ride from Stresa to Mottarone that offers panoramic views of the Alps and the seven surrounding lakes, known as a fantastic spot for hiking or skiing in the winter. The closest international airport is Milan Malpensa Airport which is approximately an hour’s drive from the property.
