Swimming pool, tennis court and table tennis are private, set in a large garden, which guarantees plenty of privacy.

Capoliveri is 2 km away, a characteristic village where you will find everything you need: supermarkets, banks, pharmacy, Internet point, shops, restaurants and nightlife.
There are many well-equipped beaches in the vicinity, and for lovers of more isolated beaches, you can reach beautiful bays in half an hour's walk.
The sea can be reached in 15 minutes on foot by following a path or the main road: these are the beautiful beaches of the Costa dei Gabbiani: Straccoligno, a sandy beach equipped with deckchair and umbrella hire, inflatable boats, pedal boats, windsurfs, jet skis and restaurants, and Calanova, also equipped and with an excellent restaurant.
For those who love solitude, a walk along the dirt road on the promontory of Monte Calamita will take you to several beaches that are still unspoilt.
On the opposite side, however, reachable on foot in 10 minutes, is the splendid beach of Naregno, overlooking the gulf of Porto Azzurro; it is a sandy beach, equipped with an excellent sailing centre.
Capoliveri is 2 km away, a characteristic village where you will find supermarkets, a bank, a pharmacy, an Internet Point, shops and restaurants and nightlife.
The island offers various opportunities for sports enthusiasts: mountain biking, trekking, canoeing, diving, fishing, surfing, sailing, paragliding, climbing, horse riding.
A paradise for mountain bikers is the promontory around Capoliveri, with a great variety of dirt tracks: on the Capoliveribike park site, there are itineraries for all difficulties! Strenuous but very rewarding and with a breathtaking view is the walk to the top of Mount Capanne, the highest on the island: it can also be reached by cable car.
It is definitely worth taking the tour around the island by car, which follows very scenic roads and passes through characteristic villages.
