A separate kitchen diner with breakfast table for 2 is accompanied by a spacious double en-suite bedroom with balcony access, a 2nd balcony bedroom with 2 separate single beds and a 3rd bedroom with 2 separate single beds. A contemporary fitted shower room and private laundry facilities complete the layout of this flexible and welcoming retreat.

Outside, a private sunny terrace overlooking the communal tennis courts is furnished with an alfresco dining set, a BBQ and pair of sun loungers. A communal outdoor swimming pool (open 1 June - 30 September) provides added amusement, whilst a private garage provides extra convenience. The 1st floor apartment is easily accessible by lift.
