Description
This elegant villa is located in a quiet street only 150 metres from the beach and is surrounded by small pine forests.
From the living room there is direct access to the veranda, which is equipped with garden furniture. The large garden with outdoor shower is surrounded by pine trees and invites you to relax and play. Here you can enjoy pleasant barbecue evenings on the charcoal grill and enjoy the fresh sea air. There are two parking spaces on the property, which you are of course welcome to use. The property is completely fenced off.
The main entrance leads via the terrace directly to the spacious living room and kitchen. Inside you will find two large bedrooms and a slightly smaller one. In total there are two 180x200 cm double beds, two 90x200 cm single beds and a sofa bed for one person. The house has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. At your disposal is a fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker, oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and toaster. The large glass doors and windows ensure that enough natural light enters the living room during the day. The large living/dining area is equipped with a sofa, armchair, dining table with chairs and TV with digital terrestrial. A fireplace completes the cosy atmosphere. Facilities in the villa also include a washing machine and a hoover.
It is only 150 metres from the beach. Supermarkets, restaurants and bars are about 800 metres from the house. Surfing and canoes can be hired on the beach. Other sports activities, such as tennis, football and table tennis, are also possible in the immediate vicinity of the beach. The location is particularly suitable for excursions and nature walks. You can request maps and information material from the owner.
Internet/Wi-Fi connection is free of charge. On request, the owner will be happy to provide a cot.
