This Countryhouse is located in the rolling hills of the Marche Region, amidst golden fields and small villages rich in history. The farmhouse dates back to 1900, and has been renovated with attention and attention to detail. The owner occupies a part of the building, without disturbing the privacy of the guests. Guests will have at their disposal a large outdoor area with garden and a swimming pool area equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. This large accommodation is located on the ground floor and has 4 en suite bedrooms with air conditioning. Guests will find in this farmhouse the perfect place for lazy days relaxing by the pool, or setting off to discover a region waiting to be discovered among history, art, nature and landscapes.
Optional Utilities & Service Package
An optional utilities and service package of EUR 100,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.
