Comfort and a feeling of natural cosiness accompany every moment spent in the home and on the large terrace with its breathtaking view. The floors and bathrooms are in resin, the beams exposed. The living room has a table and cabinet with a large flat-screen TV, the kitchen is equipped with induction hobs, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine with pods. There is a washing machine and a home automation system, air conditioners are present in every room, underfloor heating. In the bathroom the sanitary fittings are suspended, the shower is equipped with a large relaxing shower head. There is a private garage with lift to the flat and unlimited Wi-Fi.

The swimming pool is open from 15 May to 30 September from 7.30 a.m. to 10 p.m. In the time slot 1-4 p.m. maximum silence is compulsory.

Just over an hour from Milan, Bergamo and their respective international airports, Tavernola Bergamasca captivates with its charming historic centre characterised by narrow streets, glimpses, and medieval settings, above all the Fenaroli Tower that dominates the village. Overlooking the lake, the town has Montisola, the largest lake island in southern and central Europe, in front of it, and the typical local vegetation on either side, with dwellings thinning out to make way for kilometres of natural areas suspended between land and water. A short distance away are the Presolana massif for high-altitude hiking, Boario for thermal baths, the Franciacorta wine cellars, Valcamonica for archaeological tourism with its 300,000 rock engravings, and the slopes of Colere, Montecampione and Monte Pora for hiking and skiing.
