This charming retreat places you in the very heart of the city, just steps away from cafés, restaurants, and pizzerias. Despite its central location, Studio Busdraghi overlooks a peaceful Renaissance courtyard, offering a quiet and serene atmosphere. The studio is compact, just 25 square meters in size—a cozy little nest featuring a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchenette. While there is no air conditioning, the thick historical walls help maintain a cool environment. Please note that the property is within the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone), accessible only to residents and permit holders. There is no on-site parking, but the nearby Mazzini Parking is just a short walk away and provides a convenient option for visitors arriving by car. To avoid fines, please follow local traffic signs carefully when entering the area. Guests are kindly reminded that the apartment is self-catering and therefore hotel-style services (such as reception, daily housekeeping, meals, and linen changes) are not included, as required by law. However, additional services may be arranged upon request through trusted external providers and will be billed separately. Note: Tourist tax to be paid at the property.
