Each apartment has an independent entrance and newly installed air conditioning, as well as shared private parking for up to three cars. The garden, the swimming pool and the furnished terraces all around are common to the two apartments and the villa is rented as a single property, the two apartments are not rented separately. The ground floor apartment consists of a large living room open on three sides and overlooking the garden, separate kitchen, large disengaged bathroom with tub and shower, a double bedroom and a triple bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower.
