Die Familie des Eigentümers bewohnt das unterhalb liegende Einfamilienhaus und benutzt den Pool gelegentlich mit. Die Lage ist besonders günstig, um die sehenswerten Städte der südlichen Toskana zu besichtigen: Arezzo 18 km, Cortona 22km, Montepulciano 30 km; innerhalb einer Stunde Fahrt erreichen sie aber auch bequem Siena, Perugia, Florenz und den Lago Trasimeno (40 km). Monte San Savino 8km.

Wat een fantastische plek voor 2 á 3 personen. Super vriendelijke familie. Het zwembad is heerlijk én zeker bij een week 35 graden in juni. Airco is er niet (wel nodig??) maar we waren goed voorbereid. Mooie uitvalsbasis richting het prachtige Toscane. Molto bene!!
