Holiday home - 9 persons - Colli Bellavista - 62010 - Morrovalle

The main building is nice and large, has a bathroom with shower, two bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchen. All rooms are air-conditioned. Unfortunately, it's a bit dated (musty). The kitchen doesn't have a dishwasher, and the dishes have a few cracks here and there, seemingly insufficient for up to nine people. The annex, unfortunately, only has a portable air conditioner and a decent bedroom and a bathroom with a very small shower. The second bedroom, with the bunk bed, isn't really suitable for adults. The kitchen in the annex wasn't suitable for cooking, or rather, the stove wasn't connected. The pool is great. Nice and large, and there's plenty of space. Unfortunately, there aren't enough seating areas, either in the house or by the pool. Almost everything has been repaired, and many things are in urgent need of replacement, such as chairs, loungers, cushions, dishes, toilet cisterns, glasses, etc. Nevertheless, we had a wonderful vacation here. Elesio (the landlord) is very helpful and available at any time. The location is great, a 20-minute walk into town. The driveway to the house is very hidden and a bit of a challenge. You're very private there, with no annoying neighbors. If you don't need ultra-modern living and enjoy a bit of peace and quiet, this is the place for you.
