The appartament is at first floor on garden side.
Your stays during the hottest months of the year will be welcomed by a beautiful and comfortable pool built in harmony with the greenery and surrounding nature.
You can also take advantage of the outdoor facilities equipped to organize nice barbecues during the summer evenings with a nice wine going along with it.

In the surroundings of the farm you can discover comfortable hiking trails that can be used for trekking, horseback riding or mountain biking, or in the immediate vicinity, practice other sports such as tennis and golf.

Easily reachable are towns and villages such as Vinci, where you can visit the house and museum of the famous Leonardo da Vinci, Pistoia one of the Tuscan provinces named for the year 2017 capital of culture, Pisa famous for the Piazza dei Miracoli and the Leaning Tower.

Obviously not to forget are Florence, the capital of Tuscany, is a jewel of art and culture, Lucca whose historic center is surrounded by old city walls, San Gimignano and Volterra.
