The ancient Maso, built over 1000 years ago to host a monastic confraternity, today is guardian of one of the secrets concealed in the alpine waters of Sant'Angelo’s Spring and the apple orchards surrounding the house where, thanks to the pure air and the sun, ripen some of the most refined qualities in the region.
